Hospice of Spokane
A Day in the Life of a Hospice

Spokane Hospice
In the documentary, A Day in the Life, Hospice of Spokane shows the wide scope of hospice work and the fullfillment it brings to those who do it.

A touching documentary by Hospice of Spokane helps explain just what hospice is all about. In this 12-minute video, nurses and social workers visit patients in their homes, volunteers share food and conversation with them, and pet volunteers bring their dogs to visit. The meaning of hospice is explored in all its richness. Although hospice work focuses on end-of-life, the message comes through clearly: It's about how you LIVE!
