The QBC
Hello!

Last month we talked about receiving and recording payment$ in QuickBooks so it appears to be a great follow on to talk about ways to get paid faster.

If you asked five small business owners to name the top roadblocks they face in their quest for ongoing profitability, it's likely that all five would point to slow payments.  It's everyone's problem. Accounts receivable requires constant monitoring.  As satisfying as it can be to dispatch a group of invoices, you know that it's going to take some work to bring in payment for at least some of them.  You can take steps to collect the money you're owed faster. Here are five things that we suggest to accelerate your accounts receivable in QuickBooks Read More

Why should I buy Intuit checks from Small Business Solutions

Goodbye to QuickBooks Financial 2011 Support &
PCI Compliance for Payments Accounts

On May 31, 2014, Intuit will discontinue support for QuickBooks Financial Pro, Premier, Simple Start 2011, QuickBooks for Mac 2011, and QBES 2011. You can continue to use these solutions, of course, but live technical support and add-on services like payroll, credit card processing, online banking and bill-pay will not be accessible.

By November 1, 2014, Intuit will need to re-certify all payments accounts to be PCI compliant.  Existing Payments clients on POS v.8, v.9 or v.10 will need to add/modify their Payment account(s) or upgrade to QuickBooks POS 2013 to be PCI compliant.  Small Business Solutions will continue to support all POS versions, but if there is an issue beyond The QBBob Team's knowledge, then Intuit will not help resolve the problem.

Talk to us about upgrading if you're using any of these products or services.
