| Performing Arts Center Forum Meetings |
The Estes Valley Partners for Commerce( EVPC) will be hosting two Open Town
Meetings at which the proposed Performing Arts Center in downtown Estes Park will
be discussed. The meetings will be held in the Town Hall Board Room at 7:00 PM on
Thursday, the 3rd of January and on Friday the 4th. There will be a presentation by the
Estes Performance Incorporated (EPIC) Board, followed by a facilitated question and
answer session, conducted by EVPC.
All who are interested in this project are urged to attend and hear, directly from
members of the EPIC Board, an explanation of the benefits of this project, and the
reasoning behind the current proposed design.
The EPIC board members are aware of the diversity of opinion regarding this project,
and are concerned that some information is being circulated that is inaccurate.
While respecting the right of everyone to have and express an opinion regarding this
project, the EPIC Board members want to provide an opportunity to make certain that
everyone's' feelings about this project, either pro or con, are well informed.
