The Estes Park Winter Festival is less than one month away and we need your help to make it another successful event celebrating the community of Estes Park!
The 4th Annual Estes Park Winter Festival is coming up January 18-21. This festival has been incredibly popular so far and we are relying on the entire Estes Park community to help make the Festival a continuing success. The main goal of the Festival is to promote Estes Park as a winter vacation destination while building community. Your business can help us achieve those goals by participating in several ways.
1. Cook chili or mac 'n cheese in the Cook-Off on Sunday - Help us feed the masses while promoting your business in a fun and unique format. Please see attachment for all of the details. The Festival has 6 gallon pots we can loan out to you so you have something to cook it in, just check the box on the registration form.
2. Offer a Special on the Winter Festival website - If you are a lodging establishment, donate 10% of your total Jan. 2013 active inventory for two nights each. For Retail or things to do, donate 2 gift certificates at $50 each to be used as prizes at the Festival. For restaurants, donate 4 certificates at $25 each to be used as prizes and/or contractor meals.

3.Volunteer - You and your staff can volunteer at the festival. When you work a three hour shift, you get to enjoy the rest of the day at the festival for free, all you can eat chili and mac 'n cheese and all you care to drink beer and wine, as well as all the other activities. Sign up for a six hour shift and get free admission for the other day of the Festival.
4. Promote the Festival - Mention the Festival in your newsletters, Facebook and Tweets. Tell people to visit your table at the Festival and vote for your chili and/or mac 'n cheese. Sign up to help at www.EstesParkWinterFestival.com click on "Get Involved"
