Do your knees ache? Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? Cycling is one of the best ways to strengthen your knees without the damage from impact. This 5 week course will start with a professional bike fit to customize your bike for knee comfort. You will learn and practice good cycling technique to building strength and stamina.
July 2-24 (20 sessions) $199

(no class July 4 & rest days July 11 & 19)
Don't just watch the Tour de France, RIDE the tour! We'll ride each day's tour profile on our Keiser spinning bikes or your own bike and a trainer while we watch in on the big screens. Everyone rides at their own pace as our coach guides you through the course for the day.
