This 5 week course will start with a professional bike fit to customize your bike for knee comfort. You will learn and practice good cycling technique to building strength and stamina.

Don't just watch the Tour de France, RIDE the tour! We'll ride each day's tour profile on our Keiser spinning bikes or your own bike and a trainer while we watch in on the big screens. Everyone rides at their own pace as our coach guides you through the course for the day.
