Do your knees ache? Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? Cycling is one of the best ways to strengthen your knees without the damage from impact.  This 5 week course will start with a proper bike fit and comfort, pro-

gressing to building strength and stamina.

Indoor cycling training with a progressive training plan to get you fit for spring.  Learn the secrets of comfort and cycling technique to enhance your ride indoors or outside.

Starts every month
Mon & Fri 9:00-9:45 am $136

Improve your balance, increase your strength and move more freely with unique exercises and stretches that can only be done with this unique piece of equipment
Tues & Thurs 4:15-5:00pm $149

Get the upper edge on your sport by improving your core strength and power with TRX.  Specifically designed for the 13-18 year old

Tues & Thurs 11:00-11:45am $187

Improve your balance with exercises to strengthen, stretch and mobilize your body. Walk with more confidence and reduce your risk of falling.
