Greetings!
Fiscal Cliff - What's all the Hubbub?
You're probably hearing a lot about the Fiscal Cliff, and may be wondering
- What does it really mean?
- What are the implications?
- What can, or should, I do?
In order to answer these questions, I have a slightly longer than usual video this week (about 10 minutes), but one of the best ones I've done in a while (if I do say so myself).
This is a very timely subject, and you'll be hearing about the Fiscal Cliff in all the media for the next month or so. Now is your chance to be as informed as possible, and take action if necessary.
Click on the video.

Housing Prices Increase
4.7% Year over Year
In October, 276 (75%) of the 366 markets showed monthly home value appreciation, and 228 (62%) of the 366 markets saw annual home value appreciation. Among the top 30 metros, 29 experienced monthly home value appreciation and 26 saw annual increases. This is a great sign, and fills me with optimism going forward. This is a good leading indicator for a sustained recovery.
2013 Tax Planning Guide
One month left in 2012.
Now is the time to ensure you've done your last minute tax planning for 2012, and looking towards 2013.
The Fiscal Cliff
I reference the important Tax Policies in my video that should be addressed by the end of the year.
With the election over, will Congress finally address it?
