Dear C12 Members & Friends,

We hope your 2013 is off to a great start. Our prayer is that this will be a most blessed year for you, your family and your business.

This month C12 will be drilling down on questions of leadership.  As business owners and leaders we tend to be too busy to plan and provide true leadership. Why are we waiting and what are we waiting for when it comes to being proactive leaders.  We will also explore what truly sets us apart from others in our field. What customer needs do we address better than anyone else? What makes our brand so valuable compared to others? How do you become memorable and rise above your competition?  Lastly, we will explore eight basic practices combined to build effective workplace ministry.

Explore C12's Possibilities

More than 80 Christian Business Leaders right here in Central TX have come to understand the greatness of the C12 Group.  We are proud that we continue to grow, year after year offering six Board Meetings in Austin, San Antonio and the Hill Country.

Find out what C12 Group really is all about.  Let us know if you would like to explore the possibilities and visit an upcoming meeting.

Don't forget-  March 5-6 is our annual C12 Members' Renewal Retreat in Leakey, TX.  This brief 24 hour focused offering is a special get away time for you to recharge, reflect and re-focus on your commitment to God, your family and to your business. Space is very limited. Click here for registration & details.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Blessings,

February CEO Roundtable Topics

This month's board meetings will provide us with time
for  an opening devotional, focused prayer related to our businesses and families, open table discussion,  progress review and new to-do items.  Click here to view a brief video synopsis of what to expect this month.

DEVOTION
Consider the Source (Isaiah 30:1-2 & 31:1)

We frequently must choose whether to trust in God and His Word or to trust in the things of this world.  Whose counsel, resources, and timing do we rely on when making plans and decisions?

Working 'on' my BUSINESS

Intentional Positive Differentiation

To distinguish ourselves in a highly competitive market, we must be intentional in building a brand that stands for something noteworthy and desirable in our field.  Then we must perform in a manner that backs up our claim.  This segment challenges us to be creative in thinking through our sales cycle to consider opportunities for effective differentiation to break out of the pack.

Working 'on' my MINISTRY in God's Business
Building Christian Testimony in the Workplace
Over the years, in working with thousands of Christian CEOs, C12 has seen that the application of eight basic practices combine to produce effective ministry through the workplace.  This segment is an opportunity to spot gaps or blind spots in our leadership with eternity in mind!
