WAYS WE CAN HELP |
You can save money. You'll know what you already own, eliminating the need to buy duplicate items. A professional organizer can help you find the perfect organizing products for your space and lifestyle, so you stop wasting money on things you don't need or won't work.
You can become more productive and efficient. A professional organizer can create order and structure out of chaos. You'll receive systems that work for your dominant learning style, your lifestyle, your needs, your challenges, and your dreams.
You'll have a positive self-image and ditch the shame. Once your home or office is neat and tidy, you won't feel embarrassed to have guests visit. The guilt will fade away as you take pride in your surroundings.
You'll have a healthier environment. Physical and emotional clutter obscures your surroundings. An organized home and office is more easily cleaned. Lose the clutter and cut down on time spent moving piles of paper and stuff around.
Your stress level will decrease dramatically. When you can find what you need, are on top of your to-dos, and arrive on time, you'll feel calmer and have more peace of mind. No more feeling overwhelmed by life -- you'll be the one in control.
You'll discover more time for yourself. When you're organized, your days go as planned, and you get a lot more done. That leaves more time to indulge in a little "me time."
Your energy will shine. Clutter is a mask and a professional organizer can help you take off that mask. Once the clutter is removed, you can showcase your talents, skills, and personality and have the life you deserve. | |

Greetings!
Fall has long been my favorite time of the year. Living in the hot and humid south, the cooler temps come as a welcome relief and are energizing! If you ask me, fall is the perfect time for "spring cleaning" - letting go of things that have taken up residence in your home or office, but are no longer serving you. It's what I call dead stuff. If you're a closet clutterer, be sure to read the simple three-step plan to get started. There's no better time than NOW to make some positive changes before year-end. You'll be glad you did!
Until next time,

ARE YOU A CLOSET CLUTTERER?
|
Most of us have at least some items we hold onto for too long, or buy too many of, or just can't seem to keep organized. And for some, that clutter is a well-kept secret. Your home is clean and appears well-organized...as long as no one opens the coat closet, ventures into the guest room, or needs to find an item in the basement storage room. Stashing clutter behind closed doors may give the illusion that you're in control, but closeting your clutter is just postponing the inevitable need to deal with it.
According to organizational expert Peter Walsh, different types of people can be behind-closed-door clutterers. For example, perfectionists, who want their daily living environment to appear pristine, working parents, or anyone whose daily schedule is chronically overbooked.
So how do you face up to closeted clutter and deal with it? Keep reading for Walsh's simple three-step approach.

ORGANIZE FOR THE NEW YEAR NOW
|
It hardly seems possible that we're closing in on the end of the year, but there are just a couple of months left in 2013! According to Essie Escobedo, founder and Chief Executive Angel of Office Angels, tackling one small project at a time now can help you (and your business) to be ready to hit the ground running on January 1:
- Clean out your paper files-purge, organize, archive. Create space for the new year-NOW.
- Clean out your electronic files-purge, organize, archive-NOW.
- Catch up on your bookkeeping-NOW. Come January you'll be smiling while everyone else is scrambling.
- Clean up your database-NOW. If you have been thinking about implementing new CRM software, do it NOW.
- If you don't already have a tax preparer or want to make a change, do your research and interviewing-NOW.
- Plan your new year's marketing campaign-NOW. If you have been thinking about sending out a newsletter or e-blast, set it up-NOW.
- Reconfigure your office space - declutter, improve efficiency and productivity-NOW.
- Spruce up your website and marketing materials-NOW.
