2010 and 2011

I refuse to moan about our Michigan weather. It has taken up enough of my mental energy. It will be spring here....eventually.
Meanwhile... I had my critique group over to the studio to have a play date.
Poor Chris was stage right.... just out of this frame.
Perfect thing to do during this....ahem.... spring season. Creativity was bouncing off the walls!

And speaking of creativity...The fabulous Carol Carter will be holding a workshop at Crystal Mountain Resort...May 4th through the 9th. I'll be there... and there are a few spots left! It's an all inclusive workshop... room, food, instruction plus one day to sight see or be pampered at their fabulous spa. It's a beautiful resort and a great destination. Add in artistic camaraderie and pow! You need this!

EVERYTHING for $1000 to $1300 depending on accommodations picked out.

Think about joining me... but don't take too much time! Find out a bit more HERE.

Idea Spark-lers

Inspiration to use in your own creative work....

Try a new process, or technique.

Have you heard about the Gelli Plate? It's a manufactured gelatin printing plate. This amazing surface allows you to make prints with plain old acrylic paint, and you don't need a printing press!
I'm hooked.

They have all sorts of video tutorials on their web site. If you are looking for a little more hands on instruction... I'll be teaching a class in Leland, MI on August 28th. It is SO much fun.

Sees all with his 3rd eye.
  • Egg salad sandwich with fresh iced tea and lemon
  • The kindle app on my ipad...loaded with library books (free!)
  • Watching our boys grow into their lives.
  • That I actually sat down and wrote this.
