UPforED believes in great teachers and great schools. In support of this belief, UPforEd is recognizing and rewarding a great teacher in San Diego Unified each month with a $500 gift card and special mention on their website. It's Almost Testing Time
Make Sure Your Child is Well Rested and Please Don't Book Appointments During Testing
- Testing begins next Tuesday, April 30th for 4th and 5th graders (as well as some 2nd and 3rd graders). There WILL be After School Programs this week.
- All 2nd-5th graders will be tested on Tuesday May 7th, Wednesday May 8th and Thursday May 9th. There WILL NOT be After School Programs the entire week of May 6th EXCEPT for After School Wednesday classes.

Last day of lap counts is May 17th. Run Club will continue through the end of May. Run Club Awards at Friday Pledge May 31st, 9am. Top 3 boys and top 3 girls from each grade level will be recognized.  La Jolla Kiwanis Jr. Olympics!
Sun. May 19, 20137:15am-1:30pm La Jolla High School Edwards Stadium Details and registration info coming soon! - Relay Team try outs (ages 8-11) and Fastest Girl and Boy (400 meter race, 5th grade only) will be held in PE classes in May.
