They can come to the Y and take free swim lessons starting Aug 12th. Pre-registration is required. Please contact the Welcome Center at 365-4060. DIGITAL DELIVERY TO SERVE YOU BETTER
| | |
At the Y, we are continually working to improve your experience as members while running a fiscally responsible organization. To that end, you may have noticed some recent changes to our schedules; we hope you find the larger print and style easier to read so you can find your favorite classes more quickly.
In this electronic age, we decided it is time we take full advantage of the lower cost of delivering YMCA program information to you. In the past we have mailed the Program Guide and Schedules directly to your home. Now you will find them on your home-branch YMCA's web page under the Schedules Section and, if you still like the convenience of a printed copy, you can pick up a printed copy of your Y Schedules at your YMCA's Welcome Center. Please let us know how this works for you by taking our poll.
More exciting changes are coming! We are developing a new website that will be mobile-device friendly. The new site also takes advantage of technology that makes it quicker and easier to find classes and register for Y programs!
We hope you will like the changes!

HELP A CHILD SUCCEED WITH A BRIGHT BEGINNING | | |
All children should be prepared, confident and successful in school. You can help.
At the Y, strengthening communities is our cause. We strongly believe that children who have the necessities to succeed at school can focus on learning rather than worrying about having shoes to wear on the playground and crayons to color their assignment.
Make a donation - A donation of $150 covers a complete Bright Beginnings experience for a child and makes a difference that will last a lifetime. Make a secure donation by clicking here.
Volunteer - Becoming a Bright Beginnings Shopping Buddy requires no more than a smile and less than 3 hours of your time. Take an active role in nurturing the potential of our youth and volunteer this August.
Become a Backpack Buddy - Each child who shops with the Y's Bright Beginnings Program receives a backpack filled with school supplies. School supply drop-off is located in our lobby.
For more information, contact Connie Chapman, Director of Social Responsibility. |
