Personal Training. Start off the new year with a new perspective. Our Personal Trainers can set-up an individualized exercise program designed to meet your health and fitness goals. Please visit the Welcome Center to schedule an appointment. |
| JANUARY GROUP EXERCISE NEWS | | |
Need something to challenge you this New Year? Try one of the following new group exercise class offerings. Click here for a group exercise schedule.
- New class - Step and Tone, Mondays at 6:00 p.m. This class is a moderate to high intensity, low impact, total body workout using the step to improve cardiovascular fitness and intervals of strength training.
- R.I.P.P.E.D. is "Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance" training in a fun class format. Now on the schedule, Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- The Thursday Cycle class is back on the schedule at 9:30 a.m.

We are excited about the Lose to Win weight-loss challenge starting January 14th. Our 8-week program offers a supportive and nurturing environment in both individual and group settings.
Lose to Win offers nutritional counseling, strength and cardiovascular training, group classes, and motivation and support meetings. If you need that extra push after the holidays, join us as we "Lose to Win." |
