Join us for family fun as we celebrate our Winter Holiday Festival on December 15th from 3-5 p.m. Everyone is invited to enjoy:
- Cookie Decorating
- Holiday Stories
- Hot Chocolate
- Holiday Crafts
- Caroling
If you would like to extend the evening, at 5 p.m., leave the kids at Kids Night Out and enjoy an evening out. The kids are happy and safe at the Y while you have dinner and finish Christmas shopping until 10 p.m. |

MAKING AN IMPACT IN OUR COMMUNITY | | |
Wrap It Up - Let us take gift wrapping off your list! Bring your presents to the Y and we'll gift-wrap for you while you work out! We provide the wrapping paper, ribbon and gift tags! You can help by making a donation to our Strong Communities Campaign.
Help us "wrap up" this year's Strong Communities Campaign by bringing in your presents on any of these dates: Dec 1st, 3rd, 5th, or 12th from 9-11 a.m.
Angel Tree - Stop by the Y and pick up an angel from the tree in the lobby and help brighten someone's holiday season!
Family Volunteer Day - Thank you to everyone that came, donated food, and decorated food boxes which helped 36 families in Isle of Wight County have a very Happy Thanksgiving.

PROGRAM UPDATE | | |
Registration is now open for these winter programs:
- Lose to Win - We are excited about the Lose to Win weight loss challenge starting January 14th. We have prizes, group personal training sessions, and a nutritional component. If you need that extra push after the holidays join us as we "Lose to Win."
- Youth Super Sports Basketball. YMCA sp
orts programs give everyone the opportunity to play and learn through athletic endeavors that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Your child will learn the basic skills and rules of basketball. Players (ages 4-12) receive a jersey, shorts, certificate, and a medal. One game on Saturday and one practice each week. Click here for more information. - Cheerleading - Do you have the spirit? Our cheerleading classes offer a fun, yet structured way to learn the basic fundamentals of cheerleading. All classes are taught by skilled cheerleading coaches. We will be cheering for the Y basketball games on Saturday mornings starting in January.
- Girls Field Hockey Skills Clinic - Learn stick skills, ball handling, and sport rules through fun, game-oriented activities taught by Focus Field Hockey coaches. Clinics are held on December 10th & 17th and January 7th & 14th. For more information, click here.
