The Leadership Awards is the annual fundraiser for PALCUS. Your support provides critical financial support for PALCUS to carry out its mission to address domestic and international issues directly affecting the Portuguese- American community in the U.S. PALCUS serves our community through government relations efforts, promotion of a greater awareness of ethnic accomplishments, and by advancing stronger political, business, and cultural ties between Portugal and the U.S. PALCUS also looks to the future by providing internship opportunities and scholarship awards to our young Portuguese Americans.

Deadline: Friday, October 4, 2013

Payment must be submitted with sponsor form.

 

Sponsors may elect to pay 50% with submission of the sponsor form/agreement. The remaining 50% must be paid by October 4. Failure to pay remainder on time will result in sponsor cancellation, and PALCUS retains the initial 50% payment.

Requirements for logos and ads:  camera-ready in high-resolution, print-ready pdf or jpg format. Minimum 600 dpi.  Dimension requirements for ad submissions:

 

Full page - $1,000:       6.0" wide x 9.0" high max

Half page - $500:         6.0" wide x 4.5" high max

Quarter page - $250:   3.0" wide x 4.5" high max

Business card - $150:   Regular-business card size

Business listing - $50:  Business name, address, telephone

In order to create a singular voice to advocate  for the Portuguese American and Luso-American communities at large, the Portuguese American Leadership Council of the United States Inc. (PALCUS) was founded in 1991  as a 501 © 3 non partisan, non profit, organization headquartered in Washington D.C.
 
The PALCUS mission is to address domestic and international concerns of the  Portuguese American Community.
 
The Council conducts an expanding program of educational and public affairs activities on issues of interest to the Portuguese American community and of salience to the Luso-American Relationship.
 
PALCUS is committed to serving the community through increasingly active government relations efforts, the promotion of a greater awareness of ethnic accomplishments and encouraging stronger ties between Portugal and the United States. In this role PALCUS advance the community professionally, politically and culturally while working to ensure that issues directly affecting our community are addressed through our network of government and community leaders.
