Linda Edwards Summer 2010
2016 is off to a big start for us at Nana's Pet Sitting!  We have lots of pet shows and CPR classes coming up and visits are coming in for winter weekends, mountain getaways and spring breaks!  Be sure to email us with your upcoming trips just as soon as you plan them so that we can say "yes" when they are recieved.

Now is a great time to consider taking a PetSaver class yourself.  This hands-on class will teach you very important day-to-day pet care and teach you what to do in the first few seconds following a pet emergency so that you can make a difference in the outcome.  Everyone that takes the class says the same thing to me, "I had no idea what I did not know!"  Call me to get on the class roster and see for yourself!  I promise, both you and your pet will be glad you did!

Please take the time to look over this newsletter.  We have shared a few changes and ideas and would love your feedback on these.  Especially check out our blog and the survey at the end of this newsletter.

Have a great January, stay warm and keep you and your pets, both indoor and outdoor pets, protected from the ice and cold weather!   As always, thank you so much for sharing your furry family members with us!

Linda

Four-Legged Resolutions for 2016
Well, it is officially a new year and that means new resolutions but I'm not talking about your new year's resolutions. I'm talking about your pet's new year resolutions. Some of you probably never thought about making a resolution for your tail wagging family member but now is a great time to get into a few new routines with your pets.

Below are a few simple, easy and quick wellness habits to start performing with your pets. These pet goals are a great way to get a little extra bonding time in, keep up with and prevent some major health issues.
Pet Body Assessment. This one is easy and something you are already doing without realizing it. The Pet Body Assessment (PBA) is when you check the entire body of your pet for any lumps, bumps, bruises, cuts, sores, smells and anything else that seems out of the ordinary.

Congratulations Britany!

Britany has been with Nana's Pet Sitting since April 2014.  She has been an outstanding pet sitter and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her with regard to her work in the office with me.  She is
dependable and nice to be around.  She does her job and does it well!  She gets things done in a timely manner and the most frequent thing I say to her is, "Are you done with that already?"  So, I was thrilled when she decided to stay on with us after her December 2015 college graduation!  For the most part,
Britany will not be pet sitting.  Her new role with Nana's is "Content Manager."  Translated, this means that she will really,
really make us look fabulous, both on paper and online!  I am in a very happy place right now and thrilled to have Britany in the office with me!
