General Motors has released track results of the forthcoming 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, saying the car accelerates from a rest to 60 mph in 2.95 seconds with an eight-speed, automatic transmission. It hits 60 mph in 3.2 seconds with a seven-speed, manual transmission.
This basically makes it the fastest production car GM has ever tested at its 2.9-mile Milford Race Course, the automaker says.
