HITEC 2014 Recap

This year at HITEC the latest industry products and solutions from over 300 companies were showcased.

Representatives from Innovation Technologies and TigerTMS provided in-depth educational presentations during the conference and demoed these products:


iConnect - Guest BYOD. Empowering guest communications using their own device.
iPGS - Hotel Mobile Application. Guest content delivery to tablets, smart devices and IP handsets.
IP Connect - HSIA billing and management gateway appliance.
InnLine - Voice Mail and automated wakeup solutions.
Hotel MGR - Guest Service, request tracking and workflow management.

iCharge - PMS, PBX, VMS and HSIA interface management and call accounting.

InnlineIP Loss of DTMF Detection

  
 
From time to time we will receive a call into the support department pertaining to loss of DTMF. 
In most cases this is due to the Local Machine IP Address changing. It's important when setting up the system to make this IP Address static, as this can sometimes also create issues with call integration.
