Component or System Replacement Policy Changes Effective Monday, April 16, 2012 In order to aid our Accounting and RMA departments with component or system returns from the field, we will be making some changes to our policy.
We will still maintain the 15 day return policy, however we will require a Purchase Order number for any component that leaves our facility.
If a component or system is not returned within the time allowed, we will submit and invoice for the dollar amount of the item/items that were shipped.
In addition, if return components are returned free of defects, a shipping and/or restocking fee may be applied to the Purchase Order.

InnlineIP Port Registration Trouble-shooting
If you find yourself installing an InnlineIP and the voice ports are failing to initialize, (you will see "Reg_Pending" for all voice ports, except outbound, in the port activity screen), here are the more common things to check.
