Bishop Lee's 2017 Visitation Schedule

Bishop Lee's 2017 schedule of visits to congregations is now posted on the website. If it becomes necessary for a congregation to change its assigned visitation date, the clergy leader is asked to find a congregation willing to swap dates and then be in touch with Anne Cothran to confirm that the new dates will work with other obligations on Bishop Lee's schedule.

There are two diocesan-wide liturgies for confirmation and reception in the Spring of 2017 and any of our congregations are invited to present candidates at one of these services.
Pet Blessings Begin!
Please send us your dates and photos

It's that time of year when pets, large and small, are welcomed into Episcopal churches to receive blessings inspired by St. Francis of Assisi.

This year, we'd love to know when you're holding your Blessing of the Animals so we can share the dates on social media. Email Jen Boyle-Tucker with the time, date, place and other details. And while you're posting pet blessing photos, please be sure to use the hashtag #episcopalchicago.

The Abundant Life Garden Project, which includes prayers, activities, and other liturgical materials, is available online from Episcopal Relief & Development.
