Preparing Candidates for HIre |
|
In May of 2012, we launched a series of Career Preparation Workshops to better prepare our customers who are seeking employment. These workshops were critical because we know the importance of having an effective resume, confidence during an interview, the necessity for follow-up and other techniques that make it as easy as possible for a business to come to a hiring decision. The workshops include basic employability skills such as computer based Tech 101, Resume Basics, job search techniques to Building Your Job Search Marketing Plan, and Workforce Professionals Network. The workshops are very comprehensive and the content was developed with the employer in mind. If you'd like to know more about these workshops, a schedule is available on our website on the Calendar page. |
