Dear fellow traveling families,
A busy end of year at Quivertree!

The past few months have been incredibly busy here at Quivertree. Firstly, both Philip and Gideon attended the annual Adventure Travel World Summit in Lucerne, Switzerland. This is a gathering of the top adventure travel specialists from all over the world and it gave us an opportunity to meet our partners, explore new possibilities and learn firsthand about what's new in adventure travel across the globe. Philip then visited our operations center in Puglia, Southern Italy, while Gideon went on a research trip to Croatia.

Magnificent Dubrovnik, Croatia, a new Quivertree destination in 2013!

Gideon then continued to attend PURE EXPERIENCES, the invitation-only conference dedicated to luxury experiential travel around the world. PURE is where the top travel specialists across the world meet annually, and we were thrilled to be invited.

2013 is going to be incredibly exciting at Quivertree! We are launching Croatia as a new family destination, and we will increase our focus on both unforgettable Luxury offerings, as well as Multi-Generational Travel, where we have seen a huge surge in demand over the past year.

In this month's newsletter we have a report from a family trip to Ecuador, some of our favorite recent family trip photos and a bumper crop of our popular signs seen around the globe.

Irina and her 2 kids Katrina and Anton recently returned from a Quivertree trip to Ecuador. Here is their report:

Our trip exceeded all my expectations.  We loved the country, loved the itinerary, loved the fact that everything worked smoothly. I am very glad you suggested Ecuador; the nature and cultural diversity is amazing and the visit was truly memorable and special. Hacienda San Agustin is officially my favorite hotel of all times, though our hotel in Banos was fabulous and El Crater hotel outside Quito was stunning!  Our guide was knowledgeable, personable and patient.  My kids miss him! In general we had an outstanding and diverse itinerary, a rich experience of the country, food, people, volcanoes and waterfalls.  And we loved our horseback riding through the volcanic crater on the equator.

I am very thankful to you for creating a very special vacation for me and my children.
