I was talking to a friend not that long ago and the idea of how to come out of January came up. He said, "I think of February as the start of the year... getting things going." Sounded about right to me.
Those of you, of a certain age, may remember Apollo splashdowns. To me, January is like the parachute bringing the capsule down after all that effort to get through the atmosphere. About now, we aren't coming back down from outer space, just back from the last quarter of the prior year.
So now that February is here what is
it that has your thoughts.. your body?
Is this the year you work on stress reduction?
Is this the month you say "no more racing thoughts as soon as I get in bed"?
Maybe today is the day you say "I am going to find out what this breath thing is about!"
