Revised CARB plan includes $150 million for heavy-duty vehicles 
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved a revised $363 million funding plan that includes $150 million for heavy-duty vehicles and off-road equipment, aimed at putting more clean vehicles in disadvantaged communities. Full story  
Navistar extends engine supply agreement with PSI through 2021
Power Solutions International Inc. (PSI) announced Navistar extended its engine supply agreement with PSI to run through 2021. The agreement, originally set to run through 2018, covers PSI's supply of 8.8-liter propane and gasoline engines for Navistar's subsidiary, IC Bus. Full story
UPS adds 200 hybrid electric vehicles to alternative fuel fleet
UPS announced it plans to add 200 new hybrid electric delivery trucks to the company's growing alternative fuel and advanced technology fleet. The vehicles have the same 2-cylinder engine and E-GENTM chassis as the 125 vehicles UPS announced earlier this year. Full story

Biofuel groups ask Congress to extend tax credits
At some point before Dec. 9, 2016, Congress will need to vote on a budget bill to continue to fund the government, and one ethanol interest group is asking House and Senate leaders to take that opportunity to extend a number of biofuels tax incentives as well. Full story
