| Join Us for a BIG Salute to our Veterans at November 10 Luncheon

BIG invites you and your guests to join us for a very special luncheon on Monday, November 10 at the Bayou Country Club as we salute our veterans and hear from guest speaker Stephen Watson, the Chief Operating Officer of the National World War II Museum and a Nicholls alumnus.
If you are an American military veteran, please email jennifer@bayouIndustrialgroup.com with information about your service so we can properly acknowledge you at the luncheon.
The luncheon will begin at Noon at the Bayou Country Club in Thibodaux. We hope to see you and your guests there!

Bring a Guest to Lunch with You or Send Someone in Your Place if You are Unable to Attend!
There is no charge for BIG members; $20 fee for reserved guests; $25 for walk-ins. Since BIG is required to pay for total number of reservations, all reserved guests will be billed for payment regardless of attendance.

 | It's Early Voting Time!

Early voting for the November 4 General Election is going on now through October 28 at your parish Registrar of Voters office. If you think you might not be able to make it to the polls on November 4, please vote early!
In addition to candidates for U.S. Senate and Congress, voters may also have an opportunity to cast their votes in local races for School Board, judge, district attorney, and other parish elections.
There are also 14 Constitutional Amendments on the November 4 ballot. The Public Affairs Research Council (PAR) has compiled Information about each of these amendments to help you cast an educated vote. The PAR Guide to the 2014 Constitutional Amendments can be viewed here.
