No Loose Cans Please!
Please do NOT empty your small bags of aluminum can donations into the aluminum can recycling bins as shown above. Doing so makes more work for the daily volunteers, who each day sort the cans for a trip to the scrap yard. Please DO continue to bring your empty and rinsed cans to the collection area in bags or boxes, leaving them in your carrying container.   The money raised from this recycling project is one way we keep our Loan Room filled with items available for our homeowners to borrow. The CAC sincerely thanks you for the aluminum cans that you donate

Project Updates
  • AFC pool deck repair:
The AFC pool deck will be repaired under warranty. The work will be done on Monday and Tuesday, July 11 and 12. During this time, the AFC pool will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Restaurant/Lounge:
The lounge has received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. However, the panoramic doors and windows will be arriving in the next few days, they will require
a few days to install. The current plan is to remain closed until that installation is complete.

  • Solar: The primary work that is taking place is in the area of the restaurant. During this time the small parking lot between the tennis courts and restaurant is currently closed except for two handicap spaces for the restaurant. Additional work is being done on the Cart Barn in preparation for the panels.
