Come Celebrate With Us! Tuesday, April 5, The Views Golf Club Pro Shop Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 2:30 PM followed by The Views Restaurant Groundbreaking Ceremony around 3 PM. We are very excited that Mayor Satish Hiremath will be joining us during these events as well. There will be light beverages during the ribbon cutting and a celebratory happy hour immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony. We hope you can make it!

Outdoor Movie Night - We are happy to be presenting an outdoor movie for all to enjoy at no cost. This will take place on April 17th at dusk. The movie that will be shown is The Intern. The move tells of a man who is tired of retirement and goes back to work. It is a funny movie that we know you will like.To see clips of the movie click here. The movie screen will be on the driving range area viewable from the grass area around the practice green and the cart parking area. Drive your cart to the area and watch the movie from your cart or if you don't have a golf cart please bring lawn chairs. Lanes will be taped off indicating where to park your cart or sit. A limited supply of free popcorn will be available and the beverage cart will have snacks and drinks for sale.

Revised Bylaws and Master Declaration (CC&Rs): These documents are available for you to review by clicking here. You won't receive your ballot for the membership vote on the proposed changes to the Bylaws and Master Declaration until June. However, the documents have been made available well in advance so that you have more than ample time to read them. In addition, there will be two forums in on April 11th at 6:30 pm. and April 20th at 10 a.m. in the Auditorium to explain the proposed changes. Copies of the documents will be available in the Library. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive answers about the proposed changes prior to the vote. Keep in mind that the improvements to these documents are being proposed to best assure they are in compliance with the law, are more concise & easy to read and are free of conflicts between and duplications in the documents.

Restaurant project: The restaurant project is coming along very well. If you've been to the restaurant recently and peeked through the door to the future lounge, I'm sure you've noticed the significant progress.

Solar project: This project is coming along as expected. The roofing contract is signed and work is expected to begin within three to five weeks. The solar company has submitted some of the plans for the solar project which are under review by the Town.

  1. Come in directly to the Administration office to complete a form to change your mailing address.
  2. Call 520-917-8065 and advise you need to change your mailing address.
