Mesa flee market trip cancelled: Due to the low response to the Mesa Flea Market trip, the trip has been cancelled. If you paid Coco please bring your ticket to her for a refund.

CORRECTION, regarding party walls: A couple of weeks ago a notice was included in this weekly report advising that fences between homes are typically party walls that the two lot owners need to jointly maintain. However, what was not stated is that a party wall needs to be on the property line or intended to be on the property line. In many cases, such as back walls between lots that are on two different elevations, the wall or fence is built on the higher property. In this kind of case or other cases such as when one homeowners had a wall or fence built, the wall or fence is usually built on his/her property and therefore must be maintained by that homeowner.
