The Board Invites You: The Board of Directors wants to invite you to each and every Study Session and Board Meeting. Your thoughts and input are important and one of the best ways to be heard is by attending these monthly meetings. In addition, to this invitation the Board would like you to stop by the meetings 15 minutes before the meetings begin so you and the Board Members can have an opportunity for a casual conversation. This pre-meeting period will give you an opportunity to have one-on-one time with Board Members so you can either talk about light social issues or an Association related issue that may be very important to you. The Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 24th at 9 a.m. in the Welcome Center, Conference Room 3. Please stop by a little early.

Pickleball Paddles: If there is anyone who is no longer playing pickleball and would have a paddle to sell, please contact Judy Cornelius at 520-818-6610 and she will try to sell it for you to the many new players they have been getting.

Golf Course Walkers: Please note that golf will start at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24^th. As a result, all walkers must be off the golf course by 8:30 a.m. or before. Thank you for your cooperation.

Snakes, it's that time of the year: Those of you who have lived in the desert know that around this time when the weather starts getting warmer, the critters such as rattlesnakes, start showing up in the most unexpected places. So, if you're a desert rat, here's a reminder and if you're new to the desert, please always be aware of your surroundings. Look before you step and don't stick your hands, arms and legs in places before you know what lurks in the dark.

House Paint Colors: The new proposed house paint color palette is available for view in the Activity Center. The Board of Directors will consider approving the palette at the March 24^th Board of Directors Meeting. Please note that there will be no requirement to paint a home due to the implementation of the new colors. Your home will only have to be painted when the Neighborhood Pride Committee, Architectural Review Committee or you, as the owner, determine that your home needs painting.

NCAA Final Four on the big screen! April 4th is the semi-finals. April 6th is the National Championship Game. We will have the games on the big screen both days with happy hour drink prices and a $4 appetizer menu.
