Neighborhood Pride - The Foliage is Very Confused! No, spring is not here. In fact, it's still over 4 weeks away.  Try telling that to all of our foliage here in SCOV where plants and shrubs are already blooming, and weeds and wildflowers are appearing everywhere!  So, please take a walk in your yard and get rid of those weeds before they take over your property and that of your neighbors.  Making an effort before those weeds get too tall will certainly be appreciated, not only by The Neighborhood Pride Committee but by everyone in the community as well.
