Think you know your SCOV neighbors: SCOV isn't a huge community so you'd think that if you're out and about a good deal of the time, you'd be able to recognize most SCOV residents. However, it might not be so easy to know your neighbor. Consider that in the past five fiscal years, 780 homes have sold and another approximately 60 have sold this fiscal year for a total of about 840 of the 2488 homes (34% or slightly over 1/3 of the homes). Those home sales equate to somewhere around 1300 to 1500 new residents in only five years. That's a considerable turnover in a relatively short period of time. An important point about this change in residents is that SCOV is known as a very friendly community. To assure that it's kept that way, please consider saying hello to people you don't know when encountering them in one of the facilities. Introducing yourself and welcoming new residents is the best way possible I can think of to assure that SCOV continues to have an excellent reputation as being one of the most welcoming and friendly communities in Arizona if not the Country.

Pickleball/Bocce ball projects: According to the contractor, the bocce ball court concrete will be formed and poured the week of November 10th and the cart path adjacent to the pickleball courts will be completed. As more information is available regarding what parking lots will be close and when, an update or updates will be sent to you.
