MESA FLEA MARKET:  Tickets are on sale at the Welcome Center for the October 10 bus trip to the Mesa Flea Market, $18pp, see Coco or Pam. Enjoy riding the bus to shop with hundreds of booths of new merchandise.  The market is under cover with a surprise around every corner. Wear you walking shoes and lunch can be purchased there. Mesa Flea Market is well known for the quality of merchandise you can buy and a very clean facility. Remember if you purchase something big it will fit on the bus to take home.
 

HAPPY HOUR tomorrow for those with sweet toothFriday, September 19, 4-7 PM, $3.49 per dessert.  We'll be offering some outstanding desserts including a live flambé station and $1 off all drinks. Caramel Apple Pie Cocktail for $5.

 

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL at the Café!  Join us for a special Football night  menu at the Café starting September 29 when the Chiefs take on the Patriots.  The special menu begins at 5 PM to the end of the game. Come on out and enjoy a great evening of football!

Clubs, the Café is ready to cater your events:  Vince Holtz and the food & beverage operation has a positive mission to serve house made food with excellent presentation and service. Vince and his team are ready to provide superior catering for your club functions. Please call your SCOV caterer to discuss your event. 
 

Longer hours for driving range: Effective immediately the driving range will be open until about approximately hour before sunset, except for Thursdays when the range will close at 3 PM for a ball pick.

SCOV Projects Update:

Catalina Vista restrooms:Updated timeline: the renovation is winding down and scheduled for completion by September 19th. Cleaning over the weekend and will re-open on Mon., Sept. 22nd .
AFC outside restrooms: Renovation of these restrooms has progressed to a point where they are open for use, but will be intermittently closed to address final details.
Pickleball/Bocce courts:  The landscape plan details are being finalized. It is anticipated that they will be submitted to the Town tomorrow, Fri., Sept. 19.
Pool Decks:Desert Oasis will be painted as soon as the forecast is clear of rain.  It will be closed for three days. Notice will be posted and emailed.  The AFC deck will need some repairs in addition to painting.  Bids are being reviewed.  We will work with the contractor to determine the amount of time needed to complete the work.  Once a contract has been signed notice will be given to the community on the AFC pool closure.
