Longer hours for driving range: Effective immediately the driving range will be open until approximately one hour before sunset, except for Thursdays when the range will close at 3 PM for a ball pick.
 
 SCOV Projects Update:

Catalina Vista restrooms: The renovation continues and is scheduled for completion by September 19^th. Catalina Vista will be re-opened on September 20^th.

AFC outside restrooms: Renovation of these restrooms has progressed to a point where they are open for use, but will be intermittently closed to address final details.

Pickleball/Bocce courts: The landscape plans are being developed.  It is anticipated that they will be submitted to the Town by the end of the next week.

Pool Decks: Desert Oasis will be painted as soon as the forecast is clear of rain.  It will be closed for three days.  Notice will be posted and emailed.  The AFC deck will need some repairs in addition to painting.  Bids are being reviewed.  We will work with the contractor to determine the amount of time needed to complete the work.  Once a contract has been signed notice will be given to the community on the AFC pool closure. 
 
 Safety Item: Oro Valley Police Dept. has reported a "theft trend". Many cars left in driveways overnight have been broken into in Oro Valley. These thefts are from only cars that are left unlocked. Be sure to lock your car doors at night if not parked in a garage.
