RS-Series robots maximizes work envelope usage

 

RS-Series robots utilize the entire workspace underneath the arm.  As a result, there is no lost space in the center of the work envelope. No other robot vendor offers a 350mm SCARA arm which can work on pallets as large as 494mm x 494mm.  A pallet size this large would normally require a SCARA arm which is almost double the size.

 

With the ceiling mount design and the 100% workspace utilization, RS-Series robots are a great alternative to cartesian, gantry and typical SCARA robots because they literally have a zero footprint - saving you valuable floor space.  These robots maneuver under themselves for the shortest movements possible, delivering superior cycle rates.

The new design includes a light weight table that allows for improvements in allowable kinetic energy, product weight and reduction in height over the previous design. 
The MXQ-Z consists of an integrated guide rails and table.  The use of recirculating linear guide bearing give the MXQ high rigidity and precision.  The MXQ-Z is available with an optional stroke adjuster that is positioned in the center so play at the end of stroke is improved.

  • Six bore sizes (6,8,12,16,20,25mm)
  • Strokes up to 150mm
  • Functional options such as stroke adjust, end lock, and axial port
  • Wide variety of adjuster options
  • Positioning pin hold for precise mounting repeatability

The Really Clever Alternative to Vibrating Fork Level Switches

Unlike with traditional vibrating fork sensors, with the sensors of the 
CleverLevel switch, no media remnants or solids are able to accumulate on the sensors.  A precise and reliable level detection is thus ensured even under difficult circumstances.

 

Based on the frequency sweep technology, the CleverLevel LBFS switches are suitable for high-viscosity fluids as well as for solid or liquid media.  Their compact sensor tip allows them to be integrated even in small pipes.
