Concurrent Dual-Radio Technology Zero Packet Loss in Wireless Mission-Critical and Safety-Critical Systems Wireless interference can interrupt data transmission and cause packet loss when transmitting with single-RF devices. Moxa announces its proprietary Concurrent Dual-Radio Technology for zero wireless packet loss in industrial WLAN applications. Designed with two independent RF modules to simultaneously transmit duplicate packets via two distinct channels can eliminate packet loss when wireless interference occurs. Moxa's AWK-5222 and AWK-6222 series industrial wireless AP/bridge/client devices feature Concurrent Dual-Radio Technology to achieve zero packet loss transmissions to provide safe and reliable communication for latency-sensitive applications. more information > |
Remove moisture and protect your machine
Membrane Air Dryer - IDG Series
Moisture in pneumatic systems can create problems for industrial equipment such as reducing the life of valves or actuators, loss of pressure control, and rust or corrosion. Clean dry air will protect your pneumatic equipment, resulting in maximum performance.
The IDG membrane air dryer uses hollow fibers composed of a macro molecular membrane through which moisture passes easily, but is difficult for air to pass through. - Compact and lightweightBuilt in silencer to reduce purge noise
- As low as -76° F (atm) dew point
- Environmentally friendly: Non fluorocarbon
- Does not vibrate and does not discharge heat
- No Power supply required

Safety Contact Mats
Safeguard industrial and production automation
ASO- Safety contact mats are used to safeguard industrial and production automation. Stepping on the mat triggers an immediate "stop" signal to the safety relay (which is needed to achieve the safety rating) in order to prevent hazardous movement of the production equipment. The ASO-Safety contact mats consist of a surface area switch which has been encased in polyurethane to ensure impermeability to water. This technique causes the mat to be especially sturdy and resistant against water, dust and other damaging factors. The mats are provided with a slip resistant surface to protect the operator.
- Built in ramp rails available
- Different sizes, shapes and colors available
- Designed for safeguarding sections of hazardous areas

Optimizing Industrial Ethernet Solutions for Automation Convergence
A breakthrough in efficiency and collaboration is occurring in industrial automation
Today, industrial automation operators are realizing that by integrating their disparate data control, process management, security, surveillance, and other automation systems, it is possible to achieve even greater heights of efficiency, safety, and quality.
System convergence is a modern revolution in industrial automation, a revolution made possible by the convergence of many automation systems onto a single industrial Ethernet infrastructure instead of disparate fieldbus communications networks.
