 Robot for Automation in Aseptic Manufacturing C3-V Robots - Designed for VHP® gas sterilized environments The new EPSON C3-V 6-Axis Robots provide resistance to Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP®) Gas, an aggressive chemical used in aseptic manufacturing environments.  C3-V robots are used in barrier isolator systems for aseptic manufacturing processes predominantly in medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries where a variety of transportation tasks are followed by aggressive VHP® cleaning and sterilization. Many of the processes currently used in isolator systems are entirely manual, requiring the use of glove ports where human operators risk repetitive motion injuries and exposure to harmful toxic drugs through glove port leaks during processes such as syringe filling operations. - Resistant to Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Gas

Highly efficient, very compact, easy to install
The MiniLine-2 series covers the lower power requirements in the range from 15W to 120W. These units in their rugged plastic housing and large screw terminals are highly efficient, very compact, easy to install and are extremely reliable.
Besides the cost optimized ML120.244, two additional units are available in the ML120 series. The ML120.CLASS2 fulfills the NEC Class 2 requirements and the ML120.241 is the standard product with
an autoselect 100-120/220-240V input.

 Breakaway Couplings
50BAC Series patented technology
The 50BAC Series couplings  feature LinkTech's new patented breakaway technology. They improve safety by allowing users to make a fast and leak free disconnect with a simple pull of the coupling. The 50BAC couplings utilize a new patented design that facilitates two method of disconnects, they will safely disconnect when pulled or the user can simply depress the thumb-latch.
The 50BAC couplings are available in 26 standard styles and configurations and interconnect with all standard 50AC/50GP coupling Plugs.
