Happy New Year!

2015 will be a great year for Newtown and our businesses. Newtown's Building Department has been active with commercial permit applications including business fit outs, expansions and new development. January is the month to take inventory and make resolutions. Hopefully, as a business owner, education is on your list to focus on this quarter. It's always beneficial to learn new things, staying on the competitive edge of business practices. The Newtown Economic Development Commission (EDC), partnering with the Newtown Chamber of Commerce and SBA, will offer a Small Business Seminar Series this Feb/March at the CH Booth Library. I encourage you to take advantage of these FREE business seminars, offering tools in financing, marketing and how to start a business. Newtown Saving Bank will be the sponsor of the small business seminar series. The EDC welcomes new business owners to town and congratulates those businesses with expansions and anniversaries.
Newtown continues to offer a range of office, retail, warehouse and manufacturing space options. Give me a call to discuss our inventory and how I can help with your business location.
I'm here to help your business grow in Newtown and Sandy Hook. Please contact me if you have any questions or business needs at [email protected] or 203-270-4281. Newtown. Live. Work. Grow. With Us.
