Pisces : Everywhere and Nowhere - Follow Your Bliss!
Pisces has remained a mystery in our landscape and some believe that as Victoria is a Pisces city, born on March 14, that indeed it is everywhere and nowhere. We decided to follow that theme for our Pisces journey in the landscape.
On arrival at the top of Mt. Tolmie, it was shrouded in mist reminding us of the "Mists of Avalon" and the mystery of Pisces and its
location. It certainly seemed to be everywhere and nowhere on this morning. We opened sacred space on the top of Mt. Tolmie where we celebrated the Phoenix rising in Aquarius. The opportunity was then offered to each of the participants to go off on their own pilgrimage, individually, and simply merge with the landscape in any way that seemed appropriate. Mt. Tolmie has some beautiful trails and power spots and people just let themselves go and become one with Mother Earth. It was wonderful to see members of our group scattered over the hill side connecting with trees, birds, rocks, earth and sky in quiet contemplation. One of the key qualities of Pisces is dissolving into the oneness and it really felt as though this was taking place.
Amazingly, everyone reconstituted themselves and appeared at our meeting place just inside the magical Finnerty Gardens at the University of Victoria. We spent a few moments gathering at a Memorial Fragrant Fountain Tree in honour of a wonderful young man who passed away just two years ago from meningitis while a student at the University. A beautiful, peaceful resonance prevailed around the tree.
We then set off for our shared potluck lunch at a private home where we enjoyed a lovely energy and great food. We had a really interesting discussion about Pisces and the incredible clustering of Planets in Pisces at this time providing a fantastic opportunity to merge with the oneness. As this was our last sign and Pisces contains aspects of each of the twelve signs, Zia decided to create a bundle of twelve gem stones representing all 12 signs to be gifted back to Mother Earth. We blessed them over lunch, ready for the final ceremony which this year was to be at sea! It felt most appropriate for the entire group to be out on the ocean for this final gifting ceremony. An ambitious plan was made to hire a Zodiac whale watching boat to take us out on the ocean for this ceremony. A Seascape Zodiac!
We left the inner harbour downtown in Scorpio and motored around the coastline passing Sagittarius, Capricorn and Aquarius, before pulling up out in the ocean between Aquarius and Aries off Hollydene Park. We offered the crystal bundle to the ocean and then toned to anchor the energies in. We returned via Discovery and Chatham Islands where we observed a Bald eagle and seals at play in the ocean. We felt as though we had experienced the ultimate lesson of Pisces; to merge into the oneness, to experience bliss, peace and harmony and then bring it back into our physical world,
so that we can co-create heaven on earth. We completed the
seascape zodiac journey fully satisfied with our day in Pisces!

Activating the Hub!
Our hub gathering this year on March 23rd brought closure to the three year alchemical journey that we have been on. We met near the hub, at the intersection of three roads which create a five pointed star; Camrose, Crown and Salsbury Way. This five-pointed star reminds us that when we walk the landscape, we are actually walking the stars in the heavens under our feet on our sacred pilgrimage. Cam-rose means the Rose at the heart of the zodiac disk, spinning around the polar axis like a cam-shaft. Crown reminds us we are untangling the Crown of Thorns of the material world and setting ourselves free through the Crown of Initiation. Salsbury Way reminds us that we are walking the ley line grids of the planet as Salisbury in England connects the ley line that runs through Stonehenge to the Michael/Mary line that runs through Glastonbury. This five-pointed star is where our zodiac ley lines intersect at the hub of the wheel.
So our pilgrims head off on a sacred walk through the landscape along Salsbury Way, heading to a number of locations representing the four elements. We begin at Playfair Park, which represents the fire element and will soon be ablaze with color; red, pink and orange fire blossoms. Here we opened sacred space to the six directions and use the fire energy to ignite the first impulse of our journey through the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.
Now we head off to Kings Pond on Queensbury at the north end of Cedar Hill Golf Course and are greeted by hundreds of quacking ducks. This really is a happy place where humans, animals and birds come together as one. This is the stopping point for our water signs of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. The final opportunity to go into deep reflection while gazing into the still water of the pond and eking out the final remnants of dross deeply buried within.
We then used our annual visit to the "Nut House" on Tracksell Avenue as our connection to the Earth element of Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. Going into this unique, incredibly creative house, which has to be seen to be believed, both inside and out. It is like a fairy tale fantasy land, and we were honored to have the opportunity to go inside and take a peek where the owner Steve Milroy of Wonderworks has done an absolutely amazing job. www.wonderworksvictoria.com . It is like going into another world, the underworld even.
Now refreshed, we returned to our pilgrimage, walking along the trail around Cedar Hill Golf Course arriving at a high point with a magnificent view over the Golf Course below and the Olympic Mountains in the distance. Here we pause to connect with the air elements of Gemini, Libra and Aquarius.
We are slowly but surely spiraling back into the hub of the zodiac at Camrose Park. We have arrived at our final destination! Zia led our final ceremony using a tiny, rocky cave, just perfectly big enough to house our final offerings. We then sounded a series of tones to activate and integrate all twelve sun sign structures into the hub and then out around the globe. It was a very sacred moment and as we toned it sounded as though there was a huge choir of beings joining in with us-such magnificent support! At the conclusion of the ceremony we looked up at the sun to see a magnificent complete halo around the sun- luminous light! All is well!
All that was left to do was celebrate a wonderful day at the climax of a magnificent three years. We don't yet know what will emerge next on this journey, but we will continue working with the landscape zodiac locally and with other landscape zodiacs around the World as well as the interconnecting ley line grids. Stay posted!
