Your family should have received registration email(s) last Thursday.  This notification email includes the steps required to enroll and re-enroll your students and went out to your family's designated primary contact email.  You should have received one enrollment for each student you need to register.  For returning families, this will only take a few minutes as much of your information has been pre-populated.  For new families, this process will take about 20 minutes.  The deadline to complete this process and pay the registration fees is Friday, March 20th.  After that date an automatic $100 late fee will be assessed per student.   Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this process right away!  If you have any questions, please email Susana Knapp or call 425-451-1773 ext. 156.

Financial Presentation

Thank you to everyone who helped with our school financial presentations last week. If you were unable to attend, but would like more information about the school's finances, we have posted the presentation online.

Grandparents' and Grandfriends' Day

Sacred Heart School is excited to once again welcome your children's grandparents and grandfriends to our school for a morning of liturgy and time with the children on May 8. As we are busy preparing for this special day, we need your help in letting us know if the grandparents and/or  grandfriends  in your family will be attending.

Please RSVP your confirmation with the number of grandparents attending as well as their mailing address by clicking on the following webpage (GP/GF Day). Once we receive your confirmation, we will send out a formal invitation to the attending guests.

It is very important that we receive this information as soon as possible, as we will have a complimentary continental breakfast specifically for the grandparents and grandfriends and we want to ensure the caterer has the correct number of attendees.

- We look forward to welcoming these special guests to our school.

Half Day ESS

Good Friday, April 3rd, is a half day with dismissal at 11:45am. ESS will be available from 11:45am-3:15pm for those who sign up. Space is limited, so please email Amy Davis or sign up online to reserve a spot if you would like your child to attend. Students must bring sack lunches.

VIP Parking Spot Available

The family that purchased the second VIP Parking space the night the auction is no longer able to utilize the spot. Therefore, we are opening up the bidding for this priceless piece of property. For one year, beginning August, 2015 through July, 2016, you will have your very own parking space in the front of the school. You will be the envy of the parking lot as you stroll into the school during those rainy, cold days. If you are interested in bidding on this spot, please e-mail Theresa Daigle. Bidding will be open beginning today (March 11) and will close Wednesday, March 18. Good luck and happy bidding!

Treasures of Faith Annual Fund

Last week an email was sent out updating you on your current pledge status for the Treasures of Faith Annual Fund. During the registration process, you are asked to make your pledge for the coming school year. If you have any questions about your pledge and/or donation, please feel free to e-mail Theresa Daigle, Development Director.
