Auction Procurement - We Need You!
The Auction procurement deadline is next week, November 1st. Please help our amazing auction team with their work by procuring items or services valued at $100 or more. By meeting this deadline, you allow our auction team to focus on other aspects of the event instead of making reminder phone calls and e-mails.
The auction is our most important fundraiser each year. We rely upon it being successful in order to fund the programs and people that make your child's education complete. In order to be successful, our parent volunteers need you to do your part.
Your child is counting on you, too. Not only does the auction support the activities that he or she loves, but if you procure by November 1st, your child will receive free dress on November 21st...and what kid doesn't love that!
If you need a suggestion for procurement, give Theresa Daigle in the Development Office, a phone call or you can make a cash donation of $100 and cross it off your list. Thank you for your generous support!

Reserved Parking Spaces
Every year at the gala auction two parking spaces are part of our live auction. This past year the Lincoln and Vipond families generously purchased these spaces for use by their families. We are grateful to them and the families who have purchased these spaces in years past. Please respect these spaces when you are parking. We ask that you not park in the spaces marked for the Lincoln and Vipond families, even for just a few minutes. Happily, we have added three "visitor" spaces this year in between the two auction spaces for people who need to come in for a quick stop at the school (e.g., dropping off a lunch, picking up a sick child from the health room, picking up your scrip order). Thank you for your cooperation. - Mr. Burroughs
