On-line Registration for 2013-2014 School Year
Our invitation and instructions for on-line registration went out by email on Wednesday, March 20th. If you are a returning family, it went to the email listed by your family as the primary email address. If you have not yet seen related email(s) from David Burroughs, please check with your spouse. You will have the ability to change the email address you want as primary as you register (and update any other details as well.) If you are a new family, the primary email could be either parent so it is very important for you to carefully mark which email you want as primary for SHS communications going forward. Feel free to e-mail Susana Knapp if you have any questions. Deadline for registration and fee payment is Monday, April 8, 2013.
Yearbook Photos
Calling all photographers! The Yearbook staff is in need of your candid photos to include in the 2012/13 Yearbook. We are looking for photographs of the students from field trips, classroom parties, grade projects like Culture Fair, Science Fair, Congressional Hearings, First Communion, etc. Also, if you have some great action shots from the CYO games, those would be wonderful to have as well.
Please submit your digital photos to yearbook@sacredheart.org
Thank you in advance for making the Yearbook a success!
Parking Lot Reminders
A few reminders for the safety of our students, parents, and staff:
- Please do not talk or text on your cell phone while picking up, dropping off, or driving through our parking lot.
- Please do not drop off students in the circle near the church, except in the case of students who are disabled (temporarily or permanently). Drop off and pick up should only happen in the designated areas.
- While driving through the parking lot and behind the school, please maintain a speed of no more than 5 mph. This may seem very slow, but it helps greatly to improve safety.
Jogathon
Anyone who has a tailgate tent that could be used for the Jogathon on Tuesday May 7th,
please e-mail Yolanda Marshall. Thank you for your support.
Auction Raffle Ticket Sales
I want to thank everyone who helped to sell raffle tickets for the auction his year as well as all who purchased them. We held a drawing to thank one of our lucky buyers or sellers. The winners were Kevin and Angela Taylor. They will receive a $1000 credit toward tuition for next year.
