No One Should Ever Feel Invisible

Sam Rein photo "Our daughter Samantha often describes herself as 'invisible' to others in this world. At WDSRA,
Sam is never 'invisible' because she is treated as an equal. WDSRA's mission of Equal Fun for Everyone has made a profound difference in her life. WDSRA has meant social connections, self-confidence and the opportunity to pursue her passions."

Giving From Your Heart

If you have already given, we THANK YOU!

give from the heart
If you haven't, will you consider making WDSRA part of your end-of-year giving?

Your gift touches the lives of every child, adult and family member we serve.

Everyone
deserves a place to belong. Your gift will provide access to acceptance and understanding so a child with a disability can enjoy the same childhood experiences as their peers. Your gift will provide opportunity so as that child grows into an adult they can build friendships that will last a lifetime.

Every family member deserves to watch their loved one blossom and thrive. Your gift gives family members peace of mind, respite and the opportunity to see their loved ones lead a rich, full life.

Will YOU make that possible?

Please look into your heart and give whatever you can. This is an important time of giving for WDSRA and the families we serve. Our annual appeal is going on now through the end of December.

No one should ever feel invisible!

Your donation DOES make a difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors with special needs. Please share your giving with friends and family and ask them to give too.

With grateful hearts, we thank YOU !
Emma is Why We Give

Emma's video Emma is a friendly, smiling, energetic  young lady who loves her best friends and going places. With every WDSRA experience Emma gets the chance through the things she loves to do and also through new challenges.

Please make WDSRA part of your charitable giving this holiday season.

Over the past year, guided by a clear vision and the steadfast support of partners, our focus and commitment has led us to:

* Initiate new projects that will allow us to better serve our current families
* Connect with families who are new to special recreation
* Renew our efforts of bringing the WDSRA vision to life for everyone we serve

We invite you to take a look at the entire year in review our FY14-15 Annual Report.
