11:30am    Check In & Registration
12pm         Lunch
1pm           Shotgun start, scramble
                  format, 18 holes w/cart
6pm           Dinner & awards

Check In and Lunch

Check In Opens at 11:30am

At Check In, you will receive your hole and cart assignments. You will also have the opportunity to purchase string ($20 per foursome), mulligans ($10), and raffle tickets (see below). As a thank you for supporting our families, all golfers will also receive a special gift bag. Just a little something to help you remember WDSRA in the future!

Lunch at Noon

We don't want you to hit the course hungry, so plan on joining us for a relaxing lunch. Lunch includes either a ham/cheese or turkey/cheese sandwich, chips, apple and cookie.

Bag Drop

Bring your bag to the Bag Drop Area upon arrival. Bags will be loaded onto your assigned golf cart for you.

Raffle Tickets

Make sure you check out the raffle prizes before heading out to the course! You could be a lucky winner taking home a special gift later that evening. Simply drop your raffle tickets into the appropriate box. Why wait until dinner to get your raffle tickets in! Raffle items can be found upstairs. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20.

50/50 Raffle
How would you like to take home a little extra cash? Take part in the 50/50 raffle and you might! Winner splits the pot with WDSRA. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20.

Arrowhead Amenities

Driving Range, Putting Green, Locker Rooms
Want to warm up before heading onto the course? Take advantage of the putting green and the driving range before the 1pm shotgun start. After dinner, freshen up in the Arrowhead locker rooms located on the lower level.

Dinner and Awards

Relax and enjoy a delicious buffet dinner and dessert from the Arrowhead chefs! Dinner includes: BBQ chicken, slow roasted BBQ pork, Caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, beans, corn bread, cookies and watermelon.

After dinner, we will present the golfer awards and announce the 2015 Charlie Long Award winner.
