All of our challenges will last throughout the entire month of January. We will slowly begin to incorporate more and more challenges as time goes on. We will also include some wellness tips for you!
OUR NEW CHALLENGES
1. Our first step is to change your mindset one step at a time! Slowly incorporating small steps toward your wellness goals can end up leading to big changes! Although our Wellness Challenge only lasts for the month of January, you can continue you slowly incorporate new steps into your life to continue to focus on wellness and health. Post a photo of yourself to commit to the Wellness Challenge today!
2. Move your electronic devices and charges into a designated area - even that cell phone! We know, we know, you may use it as an alarm clock but it's time to buy a good old alarm clock again. Don't let electronics disrupt your sleep. Studies show that when you are looking at the light from these devices it stimulates your brain and delays your sleep cycle. Post a photo of your designated charging area every night to gain another entry for our grand prize!
3. Challenge yourself to no fast food for all of January (and all of 2015)! YOU CAN DO IT! Just post a photo of your meals or a picture of you driving by that old fast food spot of yours - every time you don't eat that fast food you put yourself to a healthier lifestyle not just a diet.
