It will become very important that we create a profile for you. Not only will this track your visits, your preferences and the type of services you have received, this will also be the space where we will store your SOAP notes, your insurance information, and your medical professional's information.  All of this is necessary, if we are to begin billing your insurance for any medical massage sessions.

I noticed that you opened the previous email concerning your profile with MindBody. 

Is there a step that I can help you with to fill out your information?  I will be glad to spend some time with you.

It will only take a few minutes to set up the basic information needed to access your personal account with medic...the healing arts.

Afterwards, you can build your PCP, insurance information, and any relevant medical history you would like to share.  

All of this information is confidential and is protected by MindBody's security, which is a Level 1.

As always, when a new program or system is installed, it takes awhile to complete all the data entry.

In reviewing the MindBody program, Rich and I noticed that not all the names, personal information and past visits of our clients have been transferred into the system.

You may not be able to find your profile.

We can create one for you and get you started on a new phase with medica.  In the coming year, we will be offering classes on wellness, nutrition, lifestyle changes, Qi Gong, anti-aging, stress management,  and more.

I do not want you to miss out.

I certainly do understand that this may be a busy time for you.  I know the year has zoomed by for me.

This can be especially true with the holidays right around the corner!

We will be in the office on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.  If you would like to stop by and create your profile with us in person, we would LOVE to help you get started.
