We are offering a 6-pak class series! (okay a little bit of a pun intended).
Description of 6-pak: You save $3 off each class when you enroll in our 6-pak class series. This series features an Introductory class and 5 physical classes to raise energy, promote vitality and bring balance to your Mind and Body. Each class will be able to hold 5 participants.
The QiGong 6-pakclass series is based on an "Introduction to QiGong" class, which gives each participant an opportunity to understand the benefits and philosophies of this traditional, active therapy. Following this inititial class, there are five physical classes that will move each participant through TCM meridian releases and flow of energy with QiGong.
At the completion of this series, each participant will have a very good understanding of how to manifest personal energy, deflect negative energies, release energy blockages and center energy for vitality -- all through the movement of QiGong.
Upon completion of this initial 6-pak class series, we will continue to the next series that offers weight management, depression and anxiety management, and more.
How to Enroll: At this time, we ask that you contact our office for registration and payment for your 6-pak QiGong series. Please leave us a message if we are in with our clients. We look forward to extending this service to you. Many of our clients have expressed how low their energy levels have been throughout the Summer. As we enter Fall, it is a good time to create a balance in your energy patterns. This will help you move through Winter and maintain a healthy state of wellness until Spring.
