Check out all the great Abilene arts events happening in April!

April 2016 News & Updates
We wanted a big turnout for the "Illumination Celebration" on March 8, and you didn't disappoint us! We estimate nearly 15,000 people were packed into downtown Abilene that night to see the lighting celebration. Thank you to everyone who came out, to our sponsors, to the City of Abilene and Bunkley Electric. If you missed the celebration, come downtown some night to see the trees and Storybook Sculptures lit up. It's magical! "Voices in America" filmed the event. We will let you know when their episode on Abilene will air on PBS stations around the country. The event was so massively popular we have decided to add a Glow Party on June 9 to the Children's Art & Literacy Festival. Stay tuned for more details!

Artfully Yours,
