The school year is winding down, but year end concerts, recitals, and exhibitions can put even the most die hard art enthusiasts on overload.
Those events in addition to the The Grace Museum's West Texas Club Woman 1880 - 1950 exhibition, the NCCIL's Young Masters exhibit and the Center for Contemporary Arts member show "Can You See What We See?" show combine to make May the busiest art month in Abilene!
If you have children or grandchildren, we hope you have already registered for CALF 2013 featuring illustrator and author Walter Wick (with 38 million books sold worldwide). He is best known for his "I Spy" and "Can You See What I See?" series. Mr. Wick will be present throughout the CALF, and this year we have added more dramatic readings, art activities, a special Walter Wick events at the Planetariaum, live performances by Sonnie the Birdman and Lonnie Chevrie, and much more! Thank you for your continued support of our wonderful art organizations and activities!
