Christmas: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly -- An Advent Study for Adults
In this four-week, print-only study, author Richard Wilke focuses on people in the story of Christ's birth.  Each lesson includes a reference to a key passage of Scripture, a brief reflection, questions for reflection or discussion, a suggested Christmas carol, and a brief prayer.  Sessions:  1) Let's keep Herod in Christmas;  2) Let's keep the wise men in Christmas;  3) Let's keep Joseph in Christmas;  4) Let's keep the shepherds in Christmas.  Up to 20 copies available.

Help Your Group Create a Joyful, Stress-Free Holiday.  Designed for a four-hour workshop, the materials can be adapted for a four-week study for adults.  The kit includes notes for the leader, reproducible participant pages, and an audio CD.

Plans for a one-session event in which women share Christmas traditions and memories and are challenged to keep Christ at the center of everything they do during the busy holiday season.  Kit includes a CD-ROM (printable items for decoration and promotion), a leader's guide (planning tips, simple decorating ideas, menu helps, and a Bible-based devotion), and ten copies of the participant memory booklet (copies for your participants to keep must be purchased from Group).
Reel Meaning for Christmas: Finding Yourself in the Classic Christmas Films
 Designed as a non-threatening means of introducing women to the possibility of a relationship with their Creator, the author looks at the personalities of a variety of female Christmas movie characters and discusses how their positive traits reflect the character of God.  Characters include:  Violet Bick and Mary Bailey (It's a Wonderful Life), Doris Walker (Miracle on 34th Street), Elizabeth Lane (Christmas in Connecticut), Betty and Judy Haines (White Christmas), Julia Brougham (The Bishop's Wife), and Julia Biggs (The Preacher's Wife).  Can be used as the basis for a women's Christmas event or for personal devotion.
